Cosmic Shimmer Opal Blaze is a water-based, fast-drying medium which contains a base colour with the addition of up to 5 shimmering mica colours to achieve amazing colour changing effects on black card.

These easy to use white polishes are highly concentrated with interference mica for a gorgeous shimmering effect. Each colour has five different shades of mica mixed into the polish, resulting in an eye-catching shimmering finish. Use the polish on light or dark card for drastically different result. Use it on flat card, embossed surfaces, or simply as a highlight for small areas.

Available in 2 formats: a Polish and a Touch Tip with an incorporated applicator for highlighting small areas.
